At Sandy Ranch, we believe in doing business the old-fashioned way — with trust, integrity, and a firm handshake. That’s why we’ve created the Sandy Ranch Handshake: a return policy that’s straightforward, fair, and designed to make your shopping experience as smooth as a ride through the wide open plains.
1. You’ve Got 30 Days
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got your back. You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Whether it’s a hat that doesn’t quite fit, or a shirt that didn’t feel just right, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
2. How to Make a Return
Returning an item is easy as pie. Here’s what you need to do:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at support@sandyranchco.com within the 30-day window. Let us know you’d like to make a return, and we’ll help you with the next steps.
- Pack it Up: Make sure the item is in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging. We can’t accept items that have been washed, worn, or damaged.
- Ship it Back: After you’ve received your return instructions, simply send the item back to us. While we’ll do our best to make this process as smooth as a cattle drive, please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we may charge for return shipping, depending on the circumstances.
3. Our Right to Charge for Return Shipping
We’re all about fairness, but there are a few things to keep in mind:
- If the return is due to a change of heart or fit (i.e., you just didn’t fall in love with it the way you hoped), we may need to charge for return shipping.
- If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. No questions asked — we’ll make it right.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: If you choose a refund, we’ll credit the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, we’ll send the replacement item to you as soon as we receive your return.
5. Final Sale Items
Some items are marked as final sale, and these cannot be returned or exchanged. Make sure to double-check the product description before placing your order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll take care of the rest, including covering return shipping costs.
